Duo-Gamer for iPad and iPhone In-Depth Review

The Duo-Gamer is an absolutely amazing controller made specifically for the iPad and works with the iPhone, as well. The way that this controller connects to the iPad is via Bluetooth technology. Not only the necessity for Bluetooth, but currently, the games need to be made by Gameloft. The reason being is because of the special frameworks needed to allow the remote controller to connect to the iDevice. After days of testing we didn’t notice any bugs throughout the controller and the batteries did not run out, which is a good thing, meaning that it is energy efficient and doesn’t drain quickly.
After watching the above video, we can really see how nice this controller looks like, when using it. The two analog sticks are placed perfectly and are very comfortable to use. When switching from an Xbox controller or Playstation controller, there is a slight change in feeling of it, however it feels just as good. The controller not only gives the user a nice way to play the actual game, but not needing to use the touch screen gives it much more of an advantage. The iPad touchscreen is ridiculously big to be playing this FPS and Racing games. You have too much screen real-estate and it’s just downright uncomfortable. The Duo-Gamer changes all that and makes playing Gameloft Games, even more fun.
